My career has run through high-growth software, publicly traded insurance, and national manufacturing and distribution. Today I lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud strategy for a national manufacturing and distribution company, advising the COO, CFO, and private-equity stakeholders on where to invest, what to modernize, and how to stay resilient — while directing roughly $4M in annual technology spend across 19 locations.

Along the way, my teams and I have reduced technology spending by about $700K, cut infrastructure incidents by 70%, improved audit performance by 60%, and stood up enterprise AI governance from the ground up. Earlier, as Director of IT at ConnectWise, we co-built an AWS-based SaaS platform that took a sales cycle from 30 days to five.
